Q: What happens after I call/email to schedule my pool opening or closing?
A: A member of our staff will respond within 24 hours and schedule your services.
Q: Do I need to be present for the services?
A: In most cases, homeowners do not need to be present for our pool care services. For pool openings, we ask that you leave out ladders, pool cover bag, plugs, caps, etc. For pool closings, we just ask that you leave out your pool cover. If we are making a service call for an equipment issue, we would request a brief homeowner discussion.
Q: How will I be billed?
A: Payments are due before the service call. Payment can be made by using our secure 'Pay Now' button listed at the bottom of this page, cash, check, or Venmo.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes
Q: What does a pool opening service include?
A: Pool openings include: cover removal (rolled & folded), handrail & ladder installation, installation of returns and skimmer basket, starting of the pool equipment, and addition of starter chemicals. If applicable, we will turn on your pool heater.
